Sam’s at Indian Springs, named after resort founder Samuel Brannan, is the place to meet for food that is seasonal, creative and thoughtfully prepared. Located in Wine Country California with outdoor dining options, Sam’s is open to the public and serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in a convivial, vibrant atmosphere.

The word Allora in Italian loosely translates to ‘so what’. It is a word that is often used in Italy as ‘whatever’, and we felt this best described our style as well. We want to share our passion for wine with all who visit. The Proprietors of Allora are Terry & Nancy Klein and they manage the winery with their family.

As a family-owned Winery and Vineyards; we grow our own grapes and craft some fantastic wines. Our focus is hand crafting wines from our 32 acre property located in the Northern part of Napa Valley. The Estate Cabernet is grown 100% on property. The Bartholomew Family Vineyards are hand farmed using sustainable farming practices.

Our story begins in the early 1950’s when Arden lived on a farm in Northern California near the small town of Kelseyville. There were prunes and pears mostly but in 1961 Arden’s father purchased a vineyard from his aunt. Not just any vineyard, an ancient Zinfandel vineyard on a raised lake bed with vines so old that the historical record ends in the mid 1880’s.

Our goal each vintage is to make a wine that is true to Jericho Canyon Vineyard. Looking for maximum flavors, we work closely with our winemakers to determine when to pick the fruit. Because of our hillside location in the canyon, the grapes typically ripen later than those from the valley floor. This means we often let the fruit hang into late October or early November.
