From our gardens to our kitchen, we present fresh interpretations of traditional Italian dishes using sustainably-farmed, local fruits and vegetables, and all organic meats. Inspiration from the bounty of local farms and our own restaurant garden help create a daily changing menu that has kept us popular with local and tourists alike for 25+ years.

Saintsbury Winery was founded by Richard Ward and David Graves in 1981. Incidentally they both met during their graduate studies in Enology at UC Daviswhile taking a brewing class together and is where they made their first non commercial wine (a Santa Barbara grown barrel fermented Riesling). Fate sometimes works its magic – David had a biology degree from UC Santa Cruz and Richard had an engineering degree and both were pursuing careers in the wine industry.

Vincenzo Celani came to America in 1912 from his native town of Ferentino, near Rome. In little more than one lifetime his descendants have succeeded in transplanting so much of the enduring culture of their native land to their new home in America. Now it is yours to enjoy with the introduction of the Celani Family Vineyards.

At Fortunati, we pride ourselves on using natural farming and winemaking techniques to deliver the best expression of our wines. Dry farming, natural-yeast fermentations, and other natural and sustainable practices produce wine that showcases the unique land and climate of the Napa Valley. We produce traditional Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux-style blends that made Napa Valley famous.
